Short, because there isn't much to disclose.

Refply (refply.com) is an early-access landing page operated by an independent founder. This policy describes everything the site collects — it's deliberately little.

What we collect

• What you type into the form: your email address, which billing provider you use, and your MRR range. That's it — and only when you press “Start free trial”.
• How you found us: when you land on the site, a small first-party script (utm-capture.js) stores campaign parameters from the URL (utm_*, gclid and similar), the referring site and the landing page — in your own browser (localStorage/cookie, 90-day expiry). It is sent to us only if you submit the form, attached to your submission. Nothing is transmitted while you just browse.
• Standard technical data: when you submit the form, our server logs your IP address and browser user-agent alongside the submission, for spam and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

• No third-party trackers, no ad pixels, no social widgets.
• No selling, renting or sharing of your data with anyone.
• No marketing lists — you get onboarding emails about Refply's early access, nothing else.

Analytics & advertising measurement

If we run ads, we may enable two measurement tools: Google Ads conversion tracking (to know that a signup came from an ad) and Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless page counts). Neither is active unless explicitly enabled in a site release, and neither builds advertising profiles of you on our behalf.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are stored on our own server infrastructure in the European Union — not in a third-party CRM or form service. Access is limited to the founder.

Want to see, correct or delete what we hold about you? One email: stephane@kiora.tech. We answer personally and deletion is immediate. You can also clear the attribution data stored in your browser at any time by clearing site data for refply.com.
